Open Homes

These are conducted by our Portfolio managers in Perth who are in attendance meeting prospective applicants who may be interested in renting your property. The Portfolio manager is there to answer questions, gauge the interest in your property, and to pre qualify the interested applicants who maybe considering making an application. Interested applicants are directed to make an application with an Application to Enter into Residential Tenancy Agreement (Form 302) available on our website. The portfolio manager can forward it, directly should they wish.

Application Process

Once an application is received the portfolio manager conducts a number of checks on the applicants to ensure they are a good fit for your property and that they met certain requirements. Database checks are conducted and references called and verified. If the applicant proves suitable the Portfolio manager will discuss the applications with you, the owner before making any determination, and prior to advising the applicant.
